Verifying Your chipleader Account
Identity verification is how we keep your account secure and make sure payouts go to the right person. We ask for a government-issued photo ID — a driver's license or state ID works — and in some cases a document confirming your address, like a utility bill or bank statement. Upload them through the secure document section inside your account settings. Once
we've reviewed and approved your documents, your account is cleared for full withdrawals. Think of it less as a barrier and more as the lock on your own cashier: it's there so nobody else can request a payout from your balance.
- Government-Issued Photo ID — A US driver's license or state-issued ID is the standard document. Passport is also accepted if that's what you have on hand.
- Proof of Address — A utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days confirms your address matches the account details you registered.
- Upload via Account Settings — Go to Account Settings, find the Verification section, and upload clear photos or scans — our team reviews them and confirms by email.
- Cleared for Full Cashouts — Once approved, your account is fully unlocked. Withdrawals to PayPal, Venmo, or Play+ process without additional document holds.
